Contribute to policy formulation along with compilation of data related to select sectors

Officers recruited under DSIM need to undertake collection, compilation, analysis & interpretation of data on sectors including banking, corporate and external.
The post requires forecasting on inflation, growth & other macroeconomics indicators
Carry out analytical studies involving statistical/econometric models
Planning, designing & organizing sample surveys
Maintenance of technology-driven centralized reporting system & Data warehouse for information

RBI Grade B: Appointment & Posting
Once candidates qualify the selection process, they will get appointed on probation for two years period. The probationary period can be extended up to maximum four years at RBI’s discretion. The selected candidates can be posted and transferred to any place in India.
